Dear Brothers:

First and foremost I would like to personally thank Bothers Mike Enright, Jim Shaw, Jim Bonney,Paul Crosby and Tom Large for the great job they did running the stick tournament at St. Ann’s . The event was a great success, and a good time was had by all. Also all of you that came out to play.

I hope all is well with all my Brothers and their families. As you all know summer is a time to enjoy your family and friends. In this time of vacations and trips to the beach we tend to slack off on our Christian responsibilities. Given this; we must make it a point to remember those less fortunate, and not only keep them in our prayers but also, to be proactive in our charitable efforts. We will be holding a food drive for Project Paul. Please bring whatever you can in dry and canned goods to our July 18th meeting. I would like to thank Declan Cassidy and all the Bothers that volunteered to do repair’s at St Mary’s Convent.

Our festival sign went up a few weeks ago in front of Kelly’s in Neptune City. I like to thank Bothers Brain Sloan and Brendan Dunleavy for joining me on this early morning task. It was greatly appreciated. Just to let you know we did not have breakfast at Kelly’s. There will be a festival meeting at 7:30 pm 7/18/07 and 8/16/07 before the division meeting. Everyone is invited. Please get involved.

At this upcoming meeting we will be looking for volunteers to sell raffle tickets in front of St Mary’s. All proceeds will go to purchase a St Patrick’s Stained glass window in the new church.
