Our Thanksgiving food drive to benefit Project Paul will be held at the Remberance mass at St Ann on November 15th at 11AM, and at our Division meeting November 19th so bring a turkey and canned goods to the meeting and receive a chip for a free pint of Guinness or Smithwicks.  If you happen to missed both these date’s you can bring turkeys and canned goods to the K of C on November 22nd at 10AM. Please do not forget.  Project Paul is serving more families than ever and truly needs our support.  Last year we donated our 1000lbs of food so let’s make Sr. Kathleen proud. 

Our quest to purchase a stained glass window in the name of the Vol. Patrick Torphy Div.2 for the Saint Mary Mother of God Church in New Monmouth is slowly growing.  To date we have raised $10,000.  The overall cost lies in the neighborhood of $15,000+.  As you can see, we need to kick up our efforts.  Any fund raising ideas are welcome as well as direct donations.  Should you or someone you know like to make a donation in the name of the AOH please send a check made out to: AOH Division 2 / Stained Glass Fund, PO BOX 2055, Red Bank NJ 07701
 
The Ancient Order of Hibernians will be hosting a Pub Crawl on December 13th.  All proceeds from this event will go to AOH, Division 2’s contribution at the Polar Plunge for continued financial support Catholic schools in the Bayshore area.  The pub crawl kicks off at the K of C, December 13th for the gathering festivities at 12:00 with the bus leaving @ 1pm sharp.  We are anticipating over 100 people to join the event.  Each stop will last at least 30 minutes. Our own Kevin Guerin will be serving up our traveling entertainment. The cost for the bus is $20 plus you get a tee shirt. I feel the past 2 years has been a very successful. I look forward to next 2 years as we have accomplished our goal of a home of our own.  I ask for your continued support.
