Brothers,<\/p>\n
The summer is flying past us or at least it seems like it. To me it is already
\nSeptember. This month brings a couple of events here at the club. The first being
\nour halfway to St Patrick\u2019s day on the 16th. Let us try pack the hall; it should be a
\ngreat night.
\nThe following week on the 23 rd , we have the Smiles for Katie fund raiser from 6 to
\n11pm at the hall. This event is run by our brother Steve McCarthy and his wife
\nDebbie. All proceeds go to find a cure for pulmonary hypertension. I was lucky
\nenough to have known Katie, a one of kind beautiful person that just loved life and
\nall the good in it. Please try to attend.
\nLastly our boy Conor McGregor put up a gallant effort but alas came up short in
\nthe 10th round. $100 million for losing a fight is not a bad day at the office I'd say.
\nI hope to see you all at the monthly meeting on the 14 th . We also will be
\nforwarding any information concerning helping the Hurricane Harvey victims as
\nsoon as it becomes available.<\/p>\n
